Protronix, Inc. specializes in small to medium production runs and prototyping. Typical production runs range from 1 to 500 pieces. We provide consignment and turnkey services, as well as any combination of the two.
Services
Circuit board assembly makes up the larger part of our business. We run two independent surface mount lines. One capable of continuous production, the other dedicated to prototyping and small volume (under 25 pieces).
We utilize Contact Systems CS400 semi-automatic insertion equipment for thru-hole boards that clinch the components to the circuit board, which insures that the parts do not fall off or rise up (“float”) during wave soldering and greatly reduces human error.
Protronix can manufacture a wide spectrum of cable and harness assemblies. We have the capabilities of processing all wire types from 32 AWG up to 1.00″ OD, as well as any and all multi-conductor cables.
Protronix has many years of experience in box builds and chassis assemblies. We offer complete assembly from test to final packaging.
